- • No added sugars, no foreign yeasts
- • No fining or filtration
- • No adjustments for acidity
- • No other additives for mouth-feel, color, etc
- • No micro-oxygenation or reverse osmosis
- • Little or no added sulphite
- • 100% fermented grapes
